When will my item ship?
All packages are ship via USPS and currently only within the United States. International packages are by request only.
Shipping times are 2-4 business days. Please keep in mind, that once the package has shipped we have no control over the package (i.e. speed of delivery, held package, lost package, damaged package, wrong address given, stolen package). If you need a package to be held at the post office instead of being delivery to your address please notify us at time of purchase.
If for some reason your address is incorrect, and is returned from the post office, we cannot issue a refund until the merchandise is returned back from the post office. There will be a reshipping fee if it needs to be resent, or if you want a refund it will be for the cost of the item only- not for the shipping charges that you paid.
How long does it take to make?
Due to the nature of each of our gowns being handmade processing time (time to make the gown) is 2 to 3 weeks from ordering date with the additional 2-4 days ship time via USPS.
All other items process in 2-3 business days
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our gowns/tulle items each one being handmade upon ordering and can not be made and stored to have a rotating inventory available, returns and exchanges can only be accepted for store credit. If you have any questions regarding sizing please contact us asap to ensure you have the correct size and length.
Any other items besides gowns/tulle items .
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for any issues. Buyer is to pay return shipping costs unless there is a problem with a defective item. Buyer must send the item back within 7 days of delivery for a store credit
We do not accept returns on custom made pieces.
Due to the return policy please be sure to read listing descriptions in FULL prior to ordering and contact us with any questions before your order is placed to avoid any confusion.
Upon receiving your item please open immediately and fluff and inspect your product. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with any concerns.
How To Store Your Tulle Items
The best possible storage for tutus and or dresses is to place them on a child sized hanger. Before wearing the tutu or dress gently comb your fingers through each layer while grabbing a firm grip on the waistline so the tulle will return to original fullness. When not in use, hang the tutu or dress to keep it fluffy being careful to space it away from other garments to avoid smashing the item.
For best results when caring for your tutu or dress, spot clean with mild detergent and luke warm water. Let air dry. DO NOT DRY CLEAN. To remove excess wrinkles, carefully steam on low heat only the tulle, being mindful not to steam the flowers. Lightly steam! Steam from your shower is the best way to remove wrinkles. Comb, shake and fluff. Flip the garment inside out and repeat. Then fluff! You can also use a vertical steamer, yielding on the side of caution to not get too close to the fabric. Another option is to use Downy Wrinkle Release or you can make your own by getting a spray bottle and filling it with water and mixing in about 1 tablespoon of fabric softener. Shake well then spray. DO NOT dry tutus or dresses in the dryer! They MUST hang dry. It's very easy to melt tulle. If you find you can't get the wrinkles out, you can iron the fabric but use the lowest setting and place a piece of fabric over of the tulle and never let the iron sit on the fabric. Use quick, sweeping motions. We always recommend spot ironing/testing inside first where it's most inconspicuous in the event you melt the fabric. Again, use extreme caution if you opt to iron and please know that Cousins Clothing is NOT responsible if you happen to melt or damage your product.
Out of Shape Tutu or Dress:
You can spritz a little water on the tutu before you do this, and of course, let it hang dry. If it is full of static, you can use Static Guard or spray a 50/50 mix of water and fabric softener over the skirt or dress and again let it dry.
Never iron or steam embellishments.
You can iron ribbons but use the same method as detailed to iron tulle.

I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
